Shop staff permissions: what a cashier and a manager should do
Give each person their own login. Cashiers sell, take payments and remind; managers also fix records and see the books; only the owner handles staff, branches and the business's data.

Give staff their own logins: manager or cashier
Go to Profile → Staff → Add staff, enter a name and username, choose Manager or Cashier, and save. Copy the password shown once; they sign in to the counter with it.

Download your data, secure your account or delete it
Export customers as CSV or download everything as one file from Profile → Security and data. Turn on two-step sign-in there too. Delete your account from Profile.
