One ledger.
Both sides of the counter.

The shop writes the entry. The customer opens the same ledger — not a photo of a notebook page, not a number they have to take on trust.

Pick your trade when you open your shop

How it works

Three moves, and the argument never happens

Most credit disputes come from two copies of the truth — the shop's notebook and the customer's memory. There is only one record here, and both sides are looking at it.

The shop writes it

Pick the customer, enter the amount, mark it credit or payment. One tap. If the internet is down, the entry waits on the device instead of being lost.

It syncs to the ledger

The moment there is a connection the queued entries post themselves, in order and exactly once — a retry can never double-charge a customer.

The customer is told, and opens the same account

Their phone gets a push alert with the amount and the new balance. They sign in with a code you give them and read their own entries and running balance — already current, because it is the shop's ledger, not a copy.

A day at the shop

What actually happens, start to finish

One customer, one purchase, one payment. This is the whole product.

Step 1

Ali takes rice on credit

He will pay at the end of the month. The shopkeeper taps his name and types 1,180.

Step 2

Internet or no internet, it saves

With signal, it goes up straight away. Without signal, it waits on the shop's phone and uploads itself the moment the signal is back. Nothing to remember, nothing lost, nothing typed twice.

Step 3

Ali's phone buzzes

An alert arrives the moment it syncs — the rice, the date and the new total. Same ledger, nothing to dispute.

Step 4

He pays, and it clears

The shopkeeper records the payment. Ali's balance drops to zero on both phones.

Three apps, one ledger

They all read and write the same ledger. Which one you use depends on where you are standing — behind the counter, or in front of it.

Live For the shopkeeper, at the till

Counter app

This is where a shop starts. Open your account right in the counter app, add your first customer, and you are trading. It installs like a native app and keeps working when the connection does not.

  • Open your shop account here — no separate signup
  • Offline queue that posts itself when signal returns
  • Walk-in sales that never clutter your customer list
  • Generate a sign-in code or QR for a customer
  • Shop logo, banner and contact details
  • Every entry you write alerts that customer's phone
  • Payments inbox, reminders and credit limits
  • Stock with barcodes, reports and staff logins

Customer web

Nothing to install. The customer opens a link, signs in with the code the shop gave them, and reads their own account — and only their own.

  • Running balance with every entry behind it
  • Sign in by one-time code — no password to forget
  • The shop's storefront card: logo, hours, contact
  • Reads in their own language, right-to-left included
  • Browser push the moment credit or a payment is written
  • Pay the shop, then tap “I've paid”
  • Confirm or question an entry; keep a statement

Live Shopkeeper and customer in one app

Android app

The native app knows which side you are on when you sign in: the full shop for a shopkeeper, their own account for a customer.

  • Scan a customer's QR to open their account
  • Entries stored on the device and synced in the background
  • The same languages as every other app
  • Push alerts on the handset, even with the app closed
  • App lock with a PIN or fingerprint
  • Statements and receipts shared as a PDF

Now it runs the rest of the shop, too

Getting paid, chasing what is owed, stock, staff and the books — all built on the same shared ledger, and all included.

Get paid, on the record

Your wallet and bank details sit inside the customer's app — JazzCash, bKash, UPI, M-Pesa, whatever your country uses. They pay the way they already do, tap “I've paid”, and one tap from you puts it on the ledger. The money comes straight to you; nothing passes through us.

Reminders that write themselves

One tap opens WhatsApp or SMS with a polite message — the balance, the due date and how to pay already in it. Sent from your own phone, at no cost.

Scan it, sell it, stock follows

Read barcodes with the phone's camera or a scanner. Every sale takes the item off the count, and low stock is flagged before the shelf is empty.

Reports that draw themselves

A cash book, sales by day, who has owed for how long and an estimate of profit — as charts you can read at a glance, for one branch or the whole business.

Staff, with the right keys

Owner, manager or cashier. Each gets their own login, pinned to one branch, and sees only what the job needs.

Credit limits and due dates

Set how much a customer may carry and when it is due. The counter warns before a sale goes over, and overdue accounts rise to the top.

Statements and receipts

A customer's full statement or a counter receipt, drawn in the app and printed or shared as a PDF — small thermal printers included.

Say it instead of typing it

Speak the sale and it lands as a line — item, quantity and amount — ready to check before you save.

Expenses and suppliers, in the same book

Rent, bills and wages on one side; what you owe each supplier on the other. The shop's whole position, not only what customers owe.

Who it's for

Two sides of the counter, each seeing exactly its own slice

Merchant

Runs the counter

Grocery stores, medical stores, dairy and tuck shops — anyone who lets regulars carry a balance. Signs up in a minute and owns their own customers.

Staff

Works the till

A manager or a cashier with their own login, pinned to one branch. The owner decides what each role can see and do.

Customer

Carries the balance

Reads their own account on a phone, in their own language. Sees every entry behind the number, so the total is never a surprise.

For the customer

What your customers can finally do for themselves

No app to install, no account to create, no password. The shop hands them a code and their account is on their own phone from then on.

Told the moment it changes A push alert lands as soon as the shop writes an entry, so you always know what you owe before you reach the counter.
See what made up the total Every item and every date behind the number. If something looks wrong, you can point at the exact line.
Get in without a password Nothing to remember and no email to hand over. The shop gives you a code, or scans your QR at the counter.
Reach the shop in one tap The shop's own card sits at the top of your account — call or message them without hunting for the number.
Pay the shop from your phone The shop's payment details are right there. Pay the usual way, tap “I've paid”, and the shop confirms it into the ledger.
Confirm it, or question it Every entry can be confirmed, or questioned with a reason. A disagreement becomes a note on the exact line, not an argument at the counter.
Languages

Your customer reads it in their own script

Language is chosen per person, not per shop — the shopkeeper can work in Urdu while a customer reads the same account in English.

العربية Arabic · Right to left

What's inside

Built for a shop that cannot afford to lose a number

Every one of these is in the product today, across all three apps.

Entries survive a dead signal

Sales recorded offline queue on the device and post themselves the moment the connection returns. Nothing is retyped.

Alerts the moment it is written

When the shop records credit or a payment, the customer's phone gets a push notification with the amount and their new balance — on Android and in the browser.

Never posted twice

Every entry carries an idempotency key, so a retry, a double tap or a flaky network can't charge a customer for the same bag of atta twice.

Passwordless for customers

Generate a one-time code or a QR the customer scans. No email address to collect, no password for them to forget.

Every shop is sealed off

A shopkeeper sees only the customers they created. No shop can read another's ledger, ever — it is enforced in the query, not the interface.

Nothing quietly disappears

Every entry keeps its date and its history, so a balance can always be traced back to the purchases and payments that made it.

Opening balances carried over

Start a customer at whatever the paper book already says they owe, then let the running balance take it from there.

Take the numbers with you

Export customers, balances and owners to CSV whenever you want them in a spreadsheet or in front of an accountant.

Their own language, all the way down

Not just the buttons — every screen and every error is translated, each language in its own script, with right-to-left handled properly.

Your shop, not our template

Logo, banner, tagline, WhatsApp and socials. Customers see your shop's own card at the top of their account.

Every branch on one login

Open a second shop and switch between them from the same account, or issue a branch its own username so whoever runs it sees only that counter.

How many, not just how much

Every line carries a quantity beside the item and the amount — two kilos or three packets — so a balance can be checked against what was actually taken.

Confirm or question any entry

Customers can confirm an entry or question it with a reason. The shop sees it, resolves it, and the record keeps both sides.

Two-step sign-in and app lock

A one-time code by email before a new device gets into your shop, and a PIN or fingerprint lock on the Android app.

Payment details for your country

JazzCash and Easypaisa, bKash and Nagad, UPI, M-Pesa or a bank account — each branch lists the ways it takes money, checked for the right format.

Every signed-in device, listed

See each phone and browser signed in to your account, and sign one out — or all the others — from wherever you are.

Links that open the right account

Share a customer's sign-in as a link or a QR code. It opens their account straight in the app, or in the browser if they don't have it.

The money comes straight to you

Customers pay you directly, the way they already do. Nothing passes through Credit Khata, so there is no cut and no payment fee.

What it costs
